In my room, I could control the temperature, chill out in the lounge, and step on a plush new carpet. Being right in the middle made it super convenient to hit up the nearby shopping mall! 🛍️

Centrally located hotel adjacent to many restaurants with a variety of cuisines and transport, shopping and eateries, quiet sleep and grocery stores like Woolworths. New-fashioned room, as well as amazing friendly and excellent staff especially the managers. Efficient check-in and late check-out, parking onsite.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. the location was fantastic. It was situated right next to the T1 station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel was located in the suburbs, providing a peaceful atmosphere while still offering easy access to the city. Secondly, the service and staff were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Thirdly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the large bathroom and the fact that there was wet carpet in the bedroom doorway. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was a great bonus. There was a wide variety of options available, catering to all tastes. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to others.
All was in order during my stay.

Location was good. Staff at desk ok.
Lights in the room didn't work! Only the desk lamp worked - the bed lights, bathroom light and main room light did not work. Disappointing in a place of this standard.

Friendly and helpful staff; new, spacious, and well-equipped apartments; very convenient to public transport into the city center; "off-peak-day" rates are very reasonable for Sydney.

I loved the place. The bathroom was huge and very clean. No noises at all. Very quiet and my 1 year old daughter had a lovely time exploring the big room.

We chose the Mantra Chatswood for a weekend in Sydney because it offered 2 bedroom apartments within easy reach of the City. Our ages were 67, 39, 11 and 8. We were delighted with the facilities. Something for everyone. The rooms were immaculate and well furnished. I have not given 5/5 before, but this place deserves it. The staff went out of their way (with a smile on their face) to help us find kid friendly venues. Even though there was a $20 parking fee, we found it reasonable, as staff let us park before check-in and leave after check-out. Special mention for Kylie! Thank you, Mantra, we will be back.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Sydney. I was impressed with the value for money. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the convenient location next to the T1 station, making it easy to access the city. The hotel was also situated in the suburbs, which meant it was surrounded by a bustling shopping area, perfect for those who enjoy shopping during their stay. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all my basic amenities were taken care of. The rooms were equipped with good facilities, and I appreciated the attention to detail, with everything available within the premises or in close proximity.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was satisfactory.
